Description:	About Us We are a jewelry wholesalers wanting to start selling on all the various eBay websites. Currently eBay.in, eBay.co.uk, eBay.com, eBay.de, eBay.fr and eBay.pl and soon eBay.com.au. The technical specifications and descriptions of our items are ready in excel format. About the project The project is basically to design an application which will be a user interface for creating and listing multiple items, then managing and mass editing the listings as needed. Also application should be able to converse with eBay API to send listings to various eBay sites. As the product we sell is jewelry, a lot of the item specifics (such as gold/ diamond specs) also need to be passed over as well as the main item description. The aim is to create an efficient application, which reduces manual work and excels in terms of functionality and usability and flexibility. Some other features needed are Capability to handle eBay Messages and customer e-mails. Must use dynamic template answers, automatic responses and have the corresponding eBay item and all messages from a customer at a glance. Send out payment, feedback and other reminders. Be able to grab customer information & keep an updated customer database of all customers. Should automatically update and reflect current status of shipments/ payments, etc as per eBay status. Be capable of maintaining basic inventory management of products and work as a central inventory database which should be automatically updated as per sales / shipment, etc. Listings should be in a custom made template, which also needs to be made. You will also be required to compile a list of the parameters being passed to eBay in each of the API's for our reference. Should a satisfactory service be provided, we will award you with further work both in terms of maintanence of this existing application and development of new modules for other shopping channels (buy.com, etc) Design and set up eB store. Create User interface application, to handle various aspects of selling and customer service on eBay. - Design ebay listing templates. - Cross promotions in eBay listings. - Design of flashing banners offering special packages.
