Description:	I am looking for a coder to create a soccer/football website similar to the game play/professional look that http://www.itsagoal.com has in PHP/MySQL. Include: - in built forum - ticketing system (with PM functionality) - multiple worlds (example World1 has Div 1-8 + Championship + Premiership) each division will have 20 teams. - transfer system - paypal integration for subscription mode (give extra game play) - cron job game updates - player/team stats This website must look professional to the public eye. I have some other ideas that I will discuss with the coder. I would like the project to build over time as I am fully aware of the amount of time this kind of system can take to build. I am not putting a budget on this project at this time and this will be funded over a period. This is an exciting project for someone to take on with soccer/football knowledge as this game must mirror the sport to add realism.
