I am a developer of Practice Management Software and a function is for my clients to send SMS messages either in bulk or as single SMS to their patients. All this works fine.
The problem that I have is that my SMS provider cannot keep statistics and cannot advise me how many SMS Messages have been transmitted for each client.
So my idea is to build a Web Site that can:
1) I can manage the creation of Client UserID's and Passwords and increase there SMS count.
2) That client send data to the Web Server and if they are authenticated then the Web Server transmits the SMS messages to my SMS provider using my Global Account.
3) The my clients can log on and check there SMS balances
4) That I can produce an automated email to my client list that states how many messages are left.
I dont care what languages are used, but the Web pages need to be easy to read and neat.
