Description:	This posting is for a website redesign. It needs to be completely re-faced with a sleeker, more sophisticated design while still maintaining a "fun" feeling representative of a beach property. The functionality and basic architecture of the new site will mirror the current site. CSS coding enhanced with flash elements is required. We will add the backend database functionality that goes with the "Diamond Club" page, and we will add the video players and videos once the site is delivered. We just require that these elements be included in the design, and placeholders, where applicable, be used for these elements. We will provide the logo, text, and the primary images for the site. If additional stock photography is needed to round out the design, it should be provided by you, and it must be free from any usage restrictions. We will accept only professional caliber work. We expect clear, responsive communications. great designs. succinct, organized files. and on-time delivery. Once this project is awarded, we expect a one week turnaround (including revisions) on the design followed by one week dedicated to programming and site testing.
