We need top placement for our new site.
Keywords included are silver jewelry, amber jewelry, birthday presents, bachelorette gifts, as well as other less competitive keywords.
Please list the steps you are willing to take for the bid, and how long it will take you to get a results. (on-page/off-page, blogging, social media, creating new optimized pages, quality links, anything you can deliver)
We are basically looking for targeted traffic, and will be appreciated if you include your calculated guess with the bid on the traffic after the job is done, we have very low traffic right now. We are looking for an SEO/Link-building expert with a proven track record to help us get to get top 10 rankings within Go ogle, m sn and yah oo.
Currently the site is in CSS and has a PR of 1. We will need your recommendations/instructions for page optimization prior to your off-site work. We are willing to make any changes needed.
We will require regular communication and we need a link/strategy/progress report every two weeks.
If you are good we will use long term.
Terms:
At the start of the project we will place the full bid amount into escrow.
40% of your payment will be released from escrow if our page reaches the google top 10 for keywords "bachelorette gifts" and "amber jewelry" within 6 months.
60% of your payment will be released from escrow if our page reaches the google top 10 for keywords "birthday presents" and "silver jewelry" within 12 months.
Whitehat techniques only. If blackhat techniques are used and our site is penalized our agreement will be null and void.
Also include with your bid any monthly cost that would be charged AFTER the 12 months to maintain this position.
