Description:	Peer to Peer lending and money exhange site similar to Prosper.com. This site will be strictly for the general public. Other than the target audience the function will be almost 100%. Project needs to be completed in 4 stages. 25% of the cost of the porject for each stage. 1. Website design (2 weeks.) 2. Project creation (2 months) 3. Beta testing (2 months) 4. Launch (1 month) You need proof of designing a social networking website.It should be created so that it can support several languages in the, arabic, russian and english. We are looking for designers and developers for a long term relationship. If you do not sign NON disclosure Agreement do not bid on this project.
