I am looking for an experienced programmer that can convert a pc application to a basic linux application. The linux application is to create a nokia sis theme so you will have to do some reading on this before you bid.
There are a number of apps that can do this on a pc but im looking to have it converted over to an online web based application, there are a couple of sites that have already done this so if you would like a link to those then please ask.

I am looking to have a pc based tool converted to a basic linux application so that it will run on a linux system, you do not need to know any php etc you just need to create the linux app itself so you must have expierence in programming in linux, I will then create a php based interface to use the app you create.
the final output will be an sis theme file for nokia mobile phones.
