I have a website design for a 'jewelry website' currently residing on site A it's a small 5 page site which I designed using godaddy's "very limited" website tonight interface.
You can can see the website as a reference of what I want the site to look like, but you cannot custom program on this URL as it has limited hosting.
So I have another domain (Site B) on a regular hosting plan which you can program the site on... Then when the new site is ready I will switch hosting plans and you can upload from site B (work site) to site A (final site location).
1. I need a PHP admin interface that allows me to upload content snapshots or pictures / video clip snapshots to the main center body of any page or to the sidebars.
I should be able to swap these content shots or pictures in and out at any time, and link out from these pictures / snapshots... Also I should be able to swap out different leaderboard logo images at any time...
2. Increase the overall width of center section of the site seen on site A, so there is no longer a need to have a scroll bar going left to right, or up and down, optimizing for the most popular screen resolution. I believe an overall width of 960 pixels is ideal...
Note - don't stretch the logo image to match the new, wider website design as it will degrade the image... I will provide a wider image to use. You just need to tell me what the width should be so that it keeps the same distance to the borders (left/right and top) as seen on the sample Site A.
3. Eliminate the need for a scroll bar in the left sidebar where the Google Ads are. Keep the same distance between the outter edge of the sidebar and the border. Make sure this is equal distance on both sidebars.
4. Add a border around the "What's New" section in the right sidebar. Make sure it is the same distance from the edge of the page as seen in the left sidebar.
5. Add a "Cast Your Vote" box under the "What's New" section and make it functional so that people can vote and see % of votes.
6. Add an "e-mail sign up" above the "What�s New" section and make the e-mail list functional so I can send e-mails.
7. Add a "Custom Orders" box - "Contact Me To Design Jewelry Piece Together" caption and a picture that I can change at any time. When clicked it will open to a page that asks them to write in what they are looking for. When they submit the form it should be delivered to my email. This will go above the Google Adsense ads.
8. On main menu bar replace "+" with dividing lines like this:

The menu bar items should be the same distance top to bottom within the menu bar, and centered equal distance between the breaks. So the menu bar might need to be made a little taller than what you see on the sample on Site A to allow for room to center the headings top to bottom.
9. Set up e-mail address account for the site.
10. Add a "contact link" for my e-mail in the footer area that people can click on.
11. When the site is ready to be uploaded from site B (the work site) to site A, the URL's will of course have to be changed to match the actual correct domain.
12. Leave out the goDaddy link you see at the bottom of the sample site A website.
Other requirements:
The website should not make use of frames.
I want to have this website programmed using the the proper coding for all backgrounds and borders using the layout I provided on Site A only as a guide. Please don't cut and paste the sample design from Site A as an image. Rather, do the actual coding.
Also the left and right sidebar areas should be the same width as each other. A little wider than 160 to allow for an equal size white space on each side as seen in the sample.
This should be a failry quick and easy site to build in a few hours of work. So I would like delivery within two days.
I require all of my information and the work to be kept private and confidential.
