I am looking for a script like this with a Admin backend: http://tripr.tv or http://www.trivop.com/home.php
It should read in different hotel product feeds: XML,CSV
It should display all hotles in a certain area (set within a backend admin page) for example Brighton, for a certain date (set within a backend admin page) then link and show on the google map.
It should also display the hotels as a list that on rollowever the hotel icon on the map changes colour (like tripr.tv).On click effect loads over map and plays video(like tripr.tv).
It should then allow users to filter the results via price, country, state and city from a drop downs.
There should be a option for most poular hotels (admin controled)
There should be adverts that are controled (admin build, w/control to place with keword search.)
Site must be compatible with all well known web browsers and must load as quickly as possible. It should use CSS and be fully w3c compliant.
A full user guide must be included, explaining how the site, database and script work. This must also show how to customise the website, add or edit content, add/remove feeds etc.
Payment can very depending on experience. Please have samples of your work. I will design all the graphics.

I can buy a prebuilt script for $200 but I am asking for a new one to ensure my site is not a clone.
