I would like to have a News Content Manager installed on my website. The NCM will replace the existing "News and Opinion" section on the index page (but it should look substancially the same), except the backend feature and minor additional features listed below.
The proposed solution must be consistent with the existing colors and theme of the site.
1. Data Will be stored in MYSQL
2. Administration Interface with Multilayered Admin rights
3. Own Header/Footer can be defined
4. Must have a WYSIWYG interface and ability to attach picture within news item and ability to add text description for the picture.
5. News entries can be put in categories.
6. User can post comments on news entries with Captcha Image verification.
7. Hot News capability so it can be shown on front page of Main website ( Scrolling News Feed).
Will Also like to have a category called Opinions where the public can post their opinion to, but it is not post on the suite as the admin has to go through it and approve its content and once approved will show in the opinion category.
That is the basics of it, please ask for more details if you feel you can handle this at a resonable price
This will be in PHP and MYSQL. Please bif only if you know you can handle the job yourself and on time.
I am open to using thrid party scripts if it meet the specs above, and it is customizable.
