Description:	What I need done: I am developing a health provider comparison website allowing patients to review different hospitals and clinics and get a quote for treatment directly from them. Treatments include dental, cosmetic and other major operations eg. heart or hip surgery. The site needs to be a completely database driven website - the listings for the hospitals and clinics can be edited directly by the hospital within their own admin section with username and password. They need the ability to add images, videos and alter the content as they see fit. Any changes will be approved by us before their listing is republished. Patients can then search these listings by treatment offered, where they are located etc. They will then fill in a form about the treatment they want which will be emailed to selected providers for them to contact the patient directly. The site will need a ratings systems so patients can log in and rate different hospitals and a forum (Vbulletin). Patients need to be able to use the same username for the review and forum system and hospitals need the same log in for their listing admin, the forum and to post comments on reviews. The site will have various guides on treatments, travelling for treatment etc - we will need a CMS system to manage these I will need integration of a payment service provider - the hospital pays a small fee for recieving the lead. I also need good analytics for the site - eg. so a health provider can see from their admin how many times their listing has been viewed and clicked on etc - SEO framework needs to be implemented too - Meta tags etc. Search engines will be the main marketing tool to bring users to the site. What I already have versus what the provider will build: I have the basic design/ look and feel for the majority of the site but need all the programming work to be done (PHP / Mysql) Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience designing and programming database driven websites in PHP / mysql. Experience with Vbulletin, review systems, CMS systems, google analytics, Ajax, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SEO is preferable. Timeframe for delivery: I need to have this up and running within 3 weeks. Provided this project is completed successfuly there will be more work for the chosen developer for ongoing development and maintenance.
